You retain ownership of content you post on Maenino. By posting, you grant Maenino a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
Maenino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maenino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Maenino after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.
